This is Sarah’s answer to all those who would like to work with an awesome career coach in a more flexible, informal way. It is a small, inclusive online group designed to help you create and live into a vision of your professional future that aligns with who you are and why you were put on the planet. It’s fluid community career building, goes with the flow of your needs, and it’s guided by Sarah!

Who could benefit?

Anyone seeking solid, consistent career guidance and encouragement from an amazing teacher and positive community support. This includes those looking to pivot or make a career change, those who are unhappy and don’t know what to do, those who want to reach their highest potential and to make an impact, those who are looking for purpose but don’t know how to find it, those who have visions but don’t know how to get from here to there.

In essence, this is for anybody who wants more out of their career and isn’t quite sure how to get out it.

How does it work?

We meet via video conference once each week. Once you enroll, you will be given the Zoom link (which is your key!), and you can enter our Zoom Room on Tuesdays at 7 - 8:30 pm with that link. (Don’t worry, it’s quite simple, even for the technologically challenged!)

SESSION SCHEDULE

We follow a similar blueprint for each Professional Pathfinding session:

• Coming into the room (3 min)

• Career content (20 min)

  • The group leader will teach critical and commonly needed skills for professional badassery

  • Participating Pathfinders can submit their questions in advance and the Coach will adapt content to the group’s needs 

• Individual check-ins and questions (45 minutes)

  • Pathfinders will each have time allotted within this section to discuss their progress and to get feedback, suggestions, and encouragement from the coach and the group

• Group questions (5 min)

  • The group circles back for final questions

  • Accountability blast (AKA accountabiliblast) (15 min)

  • Each person is given the opportunity to name their own next steps (with the help of the Coach and group), so that they can be lovingly held accountable the following week.

• Final inspirational words (2 min)

How much does it cost?

There is a monthly subscription fee, WHICH IS CURRENTLY $239 per month, but regularly $299!

This includes access to all weekly sessions and a small but growing library of professional development resources.

There is no contract, you set it up on auto-pay and stop your subscription with 2 weeks’ notice whenever you want to stop coming to the sessions.
